John Dimas further adds to his rapidly growing reputation as he joins transatlantic label Smoke City Music (the sister label to Hudd Traxx) with the -Addicted 2U EP-. Three original tracks cover elements of classic Detroit Techno, Chicago House and filtered French House, expertly combined with a modern approach. A deep, driving, techy and tribal-tinged remix of -Relax- is provided by the hotly in-demand Adam Shelton (One Records, 2020 Vision). Thessaloniki native John Dimas is a well-known performer in Greece and has steadily been building a reputation for himself on the world-s dance music scene in recent years. His music, which spans Techno, Acid and House, taking in influences from Paris to Detroit, has appeared on labels at the cutting edge of electronic music such as Gigolo and Time Has Changed. He has applied his remix touch to artists including Fischerspooner, Mirco Violi and Andi Numan, and first appeared on Smoke City in 2010 as a remixer of Kev O-Brien-s -Floozies In Jacuzzis-.
